Our story begins with over 20 years of experience in the HoReCa industry and with an idea that we still believe in: good coffee should not be a luxury, but a natural part of every day.
After two decades spent in the field, in which we learned what quality, consistency and authentic relationships with people mean, in 2017 we decided to build our own project.
This is how TUDOR’S TEA & COFFEE DELI was born, on Bulevardul Iuliu Maniu 192 - a place created from the passion for coffee, tea and carefully selected products.
We started as a neighborhood coffee shop, built around the idea of proximity and community. We wanted a space where people could find not only good coffee, but also a relaxed, warm and sincere experience. A place where the customer is recognized, listened to and welcomed with the same attention every time.
As my passion for coffee grew, so did the desire to go further. In 2022, we opened our own artisanal roastery, where we work with small batches of coffee, sourced from premium selections from different regions of the world.
We choose origins that tell a story and collaborate with importers who emphasize traceability, ethics, and consistent quality.
Each coffee is carefully roasted to highlight the aromatic profile specific to its origin - from the fruity and floral notes specific to African coffees, to the chocolate, nutty or caramel flavors found in coffees from Latin America and Asia.
We like to experiment, test different processing and seek that balance between sweetness, acidity and body that transforms a good coffee into a memorable one.
Beyond coffee, we have built a selection of carefully selected teas, infusions and delicacies around this project. We believe in authentic products, made with care, whether we are talking about a freshly roasted espresso, an origin tea or small specialties inspired by European traditions of taste.
For us, quality does not only mean the final product, but the entire process behind it: the choice of green beans, the roasting profile, the freshness, the preparation method and the respect for the work of the farmers who make each batch of coffee possible.
Today, TUDOR’S TEA & COFFEE DELI is more than just a coffee shop or a roastery. It is a project built over time, with patience and consistency, around the idea that good things are done right, without compromise and without rush.
We believe that exceptional coffee does not start in the cup. It starts with good choices, attention to detail and a sincere desire to offer people something authentic and memorable.
